APPLICATIONS:
Bayhydrox guarantees optimum level and standards of drinking water sanitation and in treatment of water system in Poultry, Livestock Dairy, and Food industry including hatcheries, poultry farms, abattoirs, slaughter houses and food processing plants.

HANDLING AND STORAGE:
Harmful if swallowed. Causes skin irritation, serious eye damage and may cause respiratory irritation. Avoid breathing vapours/spray. Wear protective clothing, gloves with eye and face protection. If swallowed, call a doctor immediately. If inhaled, remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. If in eyes, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes and try to remove contact lenses. Store in cool, well ventilated area away from heat sources and tightly closed container.

Recommended Dosage and Directions for Use:
Dose from the original container via a metering pump suitable for dosing H2O2

Cleaning and Sanitation of water system after depopulation
Use 2% (2:100) to 4% (4:100) Bayhydrox diluted solution considering the level of contamination. Fully flood the system with Bayhydrox diluted solution for a period of 12 hours and then flush the whole system with clean water to ensure complete removal of soiling and residues. Make sure there is adequate air release out of the system.

Cleaning and Sanitation of water system during population
Prepare Bayhydrox solution according to the following program:

Bayhydrox Water
Day 1 and 2 10ml 100Liter
Day 3 and 4 15ml 100Liter
Day 5 and 6 20ml 100Liter
Day 7 and 10 25ml 100Liter

 

Dosing of Bayhydrox must not exceed the above dosing range at all times. The Bayhydrox solution can be added to drinking water system for 24 hours. Regularly empty and replenish the stock tank solution and keep it covered.
