Description
INGREDIENTS:
Fosfomycin calcium ......................200 g
Tylosin tartrate ...............................50 g
Excipients qs ..................................1 kg
INDICATIONS:
Treatment of major bacterial infections in poultry: infections of the respiratory and digestive tract,
especially produced by E.coli and Salmonella spp., mycoplasmas, C.R.D. complex,
fowl cholera, infectious coryza, avian typhoid, staphylococcal infections.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Mixed in the feed or diluted in drinking water
Poultry: 1g/15-20 kg body weight
or
1 g/1.5- 2 liters of drinking water
or
1 g/0.8-1 kg of feed.
Used continuously for 3-5 days.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
For meat: 14 days.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the active substances.
